How it works
The invoice should not be a rewrite of the quote. FencingOS carries line items, variations and deposits forward.
Customers can pay from the same portal they used to accept the Instant Fence Quote.
Tax labels (GST, VAT, sales tax) follow the organisation’s Regional setting — the invoicing module does not invent a second tax engine.

Can I invoice before the job is finished?
Progress and deposit invoices follow your deposit rules. Final invoices typically follow completion.
Does this replace accounting?
It is operational invoicing. Accounting sync is available when you connect Xero or similar.
Is invoicing in Ultra Plan?
Yes. Invoicing is part of the Complete Fencing Operating System on Ultra Plan.
